  1. Hi. I saw you on Dr. Oz. What I want to know, and I cannot find the information on the Dr. Oz site, is what you used (?rice paper) and how you make those chips that he was raving about. Thanks. Alana

    1. Yes! I did use rice paper (you can get white and brown rice paper), and those chips are easily made by deep frying the rice paper! It's not a health food, but for a treat, they are delicious!

  2. I recently saw your recipe for the diy quest bars on your old blog. i was just wondering...if i wanted to do a version of quest's vanilla almond crunch and coconut cashew bars what else would i need to add?

    1. I would add some crushed up almonds and vanilla extract, and maybe some coconut flakes and cashew butter!
