Ingredients (makes 20 cookies):
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw coconut nectar
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
Directions:
In a high speed blender, combine all of your ingredients except the cacao nibs. Once the mixture is mushy, add the cacao nibs and mix until they are well distributed. Roll into small balls and flatten. Dehydrate overnight or bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
