How to wrap a raw burrito:
Step #1 - Place all of your ingredients on the leaf facing the same direction as the large stem.
Step #2 - Tightly fold the sides of the leaf in so they overlap
Step #3 - flip the burrito over and fold in the bottom where the stem is the thinnest
Step #4 - cut in half and serve
Ingredients:
- 1 large organic collard green leaf
- 1/2 small organic jicama
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 large organic carrot
- 1 organic avocado
- 1/2 cup organic alfafa sprouts
Finely slice the jicama, carrot, and avocado. Layer them in the large collard green leaf with the rest of the ingredients and wrap it up! Enjoy.
