Raw Peanut Butter Cups

So I have an obsession with peanut butter.
Deal with it.
Peanut butter is sooooo good.
If you want to make these completely raw, you can use raw peanut butter instead of roasted.
I've made these with raw jungle peanuts, and they were just as good!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup organic cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or raw jungle peanut butter
Directions:
Prepare a muffin tin with 8 liners. Melt the coconut oil. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and coconut milk. Stir until everything is well combined. Pour 2-3 spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture into each muffin liner. Freeze the chocolate for 10 minutes. Drop 1 tbsp of peanut butter onto each chocolate piece. Cover with the rest of the chocolate mixture and freeze for 1 hour. Eat them quickly at room temperature, they melt fast! (store in the freezer) Enjoy!
